I am seeking a full-time lab manager in the Cognitive & Developmental Neuroscience Lab (http://www.codeneuro.net/) at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. The lab manager will assist in conducting cognitive and developmental studies on numerical cognition. Responsibilities include recruiting and running children participants using behavioral and neural (EEG and fMRI) methods both on campus and at various venues (e.g., local schools), maintaining lab equipment, managing administrative paperwork, and training and overseeing undergraduate research assistants. The lab manager is expected to make scientific contributions and will have the opportunity to participate in conference presentations and manuscript preparation. This position is ideal for those looking to pursue a PhD in cognitive or developmental psychology, or related field. At least a two-year commitment is recommended. Start date is flexible.
